This course is for anyone who would like to learn how to check their vehicle for routine maintenance including tips on what to do and what to look for in buying and selling a vehicle. Students will learn how to identify common car problems and how not to overpay for car repairs. Students will explore what to look for under the hood of the car and familiarize themselves with their car and its (unique) specifications. In addition, we’ll discuss monthly preventative maintenance checks that should be performed in accordance with their automobiles owner's manual. How to sell your car and get the most value out of it will be addressed as well as how to get the most bang for your buck when buying a new or used car. Common myths regarding car repair and maintenance will be covered. Bring your vehicle’s owners manual.

Letting go can be difficult! Come learn how to clear your clutter with a clear conscience. Instructor Marguerite Smith is a residential organizer, and owner of Aim to Organize, LLC. She is a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO), and has served on the Board of the San Diego Chapter. She holds NAPO Specialist Certificates in Brain-Based Conditions and Life Transitions. She loves teaching clients skills for getting and staying organized.

Dr. Ron Lech is a retired cardiologist with an interest in stress management and preventive medicine. He is a qualified MBSR instructor and a certified yoga instructor. He has trained at the Centers for Mindfulness and both the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and USSD.
